While each project is different, we will always need to understand your business, the opportunities
and constraints, what can be flexible and what is immoveable. Where does income flow from, what
financial strengths can be relied on, what are the client requirements?
Once the requirements are agreed we work with the client to build an attractive proposal that
satisfies both the client’s finance requirements and a funder’s security and credit conditions. We
may discuss various types of finance, the advantages and disadvantages of each, and how these
may impact on your business and growth prospects. With FL Finance’s background in lending, credit
and investment banking, we are uniquely well positioned to advise on possible solutions or enhancements
that will fulfil a funder’s criteria without disadvantaging the client. We have a wide network of leasing,
banking, investment fund management and residual value provider contacts as a potential pool of funders,
but at the same time recognise the benefits that can be gained from working with a client’s existing banking
relationships, assisting in structuring a project that might otherwise not be considered.
